Find your own purpose and meaning. Fulfill yourself by fulfilling others.

When life takes a turn for the worst, keep up with your spiritual practices. Continue meditating, pondering and being compassionate.

Your spiritual practice doesn’t end when it stops being positive. The point of spirituality is to embrace both the good and the bad.
